THE OX-PECKER

Buffalos are agressive and charge to kill (humans). Otherwise they are docile beasts. But they always have their keen eye on you just to make sure you won’t attack them or do anything that’s not welcoming for a buffalo. In contrast, they allow the ox-peckers on their body to do their work of cleaning and removing all insects and ticks however concentrated they are at looking at you. There are many win-win couples like this in the Savannah. The joys of wildlife and survival.

This buffalo was observed in the Masai Mara, Kenya.

All my painting have a special anti-UV rays varnish sprayed on to protect the colors from fading or going yellow and to protect the painting as a whole. A damp sponge may be applied to this varnish to remove dust and clean the painting.
