All my painting have a special anti-UV rays varnish sprayed on to protect the colors from fading or going yellow and to protect the painting as a whole. A damp sponge may be applied to this varnish to remove dust and clean the painting.

The temperatures go up quickly as the sun starts its climb into the clear blue skies of Samburu. This is so typical to see: a baby trundling along to stay inside its Mummy’s shadow and remain out of the hot rays coming down directly from the scorching sun. The air is always cool so as long as the babies keep out of the direct sun light, they can keep themselves cool. You can feel the coolness in this painting from the blue colors.
