Hippos are the most dangerous animals of wild Kenya. They very carefully watch you and if you enter their waters in a boat, they will attack and try to kill. You have to keep your distance … Here they were blissfully and peacefully soaking themselves in the Masai Mara river and we were in a vehicle (safe) at the same eye-level as their huge pond.
