All my painting have a special anti-UV rays varnish sprayed on to protect the colors from fading or going yellow and to protect the painting as a whole. A damp sponge may be applied to this varnish to remove dust and clean the painting.

The bright and varied colors of this lady’s necklace indicates that she is married. She made the colors dance as she moved her shoulders forwards and backwards in the special way that the Maa speaking people (Maasai and Samburu) do. The twinkle in her eye reflected her joy and pride of already having a first baby boy.
